Social Runs!
Join us every Wednesday evening at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00am for a Social Run. It’s FREE! Social Runs start and end at the store which provides water and washrooms. The groups usually run a minimun of 25 minutes and up to marathon distances depending on time of year. Come out and enjoy the benefits of running with others! Call the store for more details.
