Learn to Run Clinic Dates 2010:
Spring-March 16th 2010
Summer-June 8th 2010
Fall-September 7th 2010
Each clinic runs for 10 weeks each Tuesday evening at 6:30pm and includes information sessions, weekly group runs, detailed run sechdule, a technical run shirt and store discount. The cost of the clinic is $70.00. There are 2 levels: beginner level which consists of a run/walk and a 10km level which will build you from a 5km distance to 10km.
Half Marathon & Marathon Clinic
Beginning Wednesday January 27th at 6:00pm.This clinic runs for 16-18 weeks with weekly Wednesday runs and 5 information sessions. The clinic also includes a detailed running schedule, a Nike technical tee, and a store discount. The cost of the clinic is $70.00. Beginning distances for these clinics are: 10km for the 1/2Marathon clinic and 15km for the marathon clinic.
